The Prince Edward County Half Marathon starts at 10:00 AM…one and a half hours into the marathon. The start line is located at the corner of County Road’s 12 and 18 on West Lake. Participants will want to take the buses from Picton’s fairgrounds starting at 8 AM as there is no parking at the start of the Half Marathon.
The Half Marathon welcomes runners, walkers and wheeled athletes. However, for awards purposes there is only one Half Marathon Category (there is no longer a walking category). Awards are only given in the runners category.

RACE NOTES
- The race is open to all runners and walkers.
- Water stations every 2KMs and Gel Stations at 14K and 26K.
- Toilets at every water station.
- Full medical services on the route and at the finish line.
- There are no strollers allowed in this event.
- There is a time limit of 4 hours in this event.
